Could someone summarize what this build-system.tar.gz is supposed to
solve ? I see how it can be useful for native components, but I fail to
see what it adds for applications such as BlueGriffon or Fennec. FWIW,
we managed to build instantbird just fine with the current
xulrunner-dev.
