No. I have under Preferences -> Contetn:
[ ] Block pop-up windows
[X] Load images automatically
[X] Enable JavaScript
[X] Enable Java

Going into JavaScript -> Advanced:
[X] Move or resize existing windows
[ ] Raise or lower windows
[X] Disable or replace context menus
[ ] Hide the status bar
[ ] Change the status bar text

x86_64 bit ...
