Normally, what may happen is that flashplayer crashes (which your
bug-buddy log shows), bug-buddy shows up, but iceweasel stays.

Are you telling me iceweasel died, too?

PS: As for your gdb session, with 3.6.4, plugins are in a
plugin-container process, so you'd need to attach to that one.
