Bug#585722: Additional option to load image in context of current page

When image loading is disabled, there should be an additional option in the
right click context menu over the image space to "Load this image", which
causes the image to load in the context of the current page. (Maybe the
"Reload Image", which currently does not work when image loading is disabled,
could be repaired to provide this facility.)

This is different from the "View Image" option, which opens the image in a
new window, rather than in the context of the current page.
