The animated GIF was provided in the xulrunner 1.9.1 upstream source. It
is not anymore in xulrunner 1.9.2. I could add it, but it's just hiding
the problem (plus, there are other animated PNGs in other places less
visible, but still problematic, even in 1.9.1).

Now, that depends how you define soon, but it should be supported
soon/ish/.
