I sent a slightly modified patch upstream a little while ago, see
last attachment on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382214

Could you try to apply the patch on the latest xulrunner from the
archive and try to build, since it now runs a test suite and may unveil
some problems (as it did on arm, sparc, powerpc, and mips) ?
