Bug#580297: [iceweasel] Icedove doesn't open when following a mailto link in Iceweasel

When trying to use Icedove to handle a mailto link in Iceweasel, Icedove 
doesn't open. Icedove is set using "/usr/bin/icedove". For example, if 
no MUA is set, the Launch Application popup closes when clicking OK, the 
MUA just doesn't come up (whether Icedove is already open or not). 
Selecting KMail works fine. Icedove itself works fine. I don't see any 
issue in the console or in .xsession-errors.

I noticed after many attempts that Icedove is launched but just doesn't 
show. For each attempt, xulrunner-stub gets a icedove child, which gets 
a run-mozilla.sh child, which finally gets an icedove-bin child. All 
processes are sleeping. In fact, as I'm using Icedove to report this 
bug, I can see the same structure, excluding xulrunner-stub, appears 
normally (using reportbug-ng).

The same problem happens with the other user on this system. I'm using 
KDE. I originally intended to report this against Iceweasel, but since I 
see the icedove processes, I now figure it's an Icedove bug. I'm 
assigning to both packages to make sure, and to facilitate finding this 
bug report.
