Package: python-xpcom
Version: 1:2.0~hg20110502-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi,
When trying to use a python module with xulrunner-5.0, I get following
exception when trying to instantiate it:

(NS_ERROR_XPC_CI_RETURNED_FAILURE) [nsIJSCID.createInstance]" nsresult:
"0x80570015 (NS_ERROR_XPC_CI_RETURNED_FAILURE)"

Also, a print statement in the python module is not executed; this shows that
the module is not loaded.

After adding manually this line:
binary-component libpyloader.so
to /usr/lib/xulrunner-5.0/components/binary.manifest, python module loads
fine, and everything is correct.
