Bug#637930: [iceweasel] Extensions are only available for root on amd64

Hi,

When running as an unprivileged user, there is no extensions available
for iceweasel. Removing ~/.mozilla doesn't help. No problems when
running as root and there are not either when running as any user on an
i386 dist.
