Cannot upgrade iceweasel; libsqlite3-0 not in squeeze-backports

I have the specified apt repositories in my sources.list, but the updated libsqlite3-0 package is not in the squeeze-backports repository. So now a iceweasel upgrade is impossible via the normal apt configuration. Brian Kroth pointed this out today as well.

A quick browse of the repository verifies that libsqlite3-0 is missing:
