Bug#653555: iceape: FTBFS on armhf, please use xptcinvoke_arm.cpp from a recent iceweasel

Current iceape (also iceowl and icedove) in unstable FTBFS for armhf:

However it's easy to fix for all those packages, just by backporting this file:

mozilla/xpcom/reflect/xptcall/src/md/unix/xptcinvoke_arm.cpp

from a recent iceweasel 9.0 or icedove in experimental.

The reason for the failure is that the old version of the invoker for
arm has no support for hardfloat and thumb2.
