Bug#623097: iceweasel: high CPU usage by Xorg on page loading when "Tabs on Top" are off

Please, check "chrome" sub-folder in your profile folder, there should be
userChrome-example.css.  You can rename it or copy to userChrome.css in the
same sub-folder. I don't remember exact CSS selector I used, an answer from
here seems to be correct:

If it is not, please search web.
