This discrepancy between the traditional internal resolver and the
apt resolver has been fixed in git for a while, and will be in the
next release (probably tonight), which will go into unstable.

I think it also got backported to buildd-0.61.0, but I'm not sure
if that patch was merged.

Also note that AFAIK none of the official autobuilders use the
apt resolver: they are explicitly configured to use internal.
In consequence this may be a non-issue for iceape.
