As I said in another message, that's not the bug that I'm reporting here.
Iceweasel needs to not be crippled when a prior, unrelated, Iceweasel
process has got wedged.

Also, there is some relation here to Bug#617362, and it's quite
foreseeable for one change to fix both bugs, but they are separate bug
reports about distinct aspects of Iceweasel's behaviour.  Please don't
close either as a duplicate, but merge them if you think they're best
handled as a single ticket.
