iceweasel: Why mozilla.d.n and not backports.d.o

aha, this is useful info.  is this bug documented someplace i can read
up on it (and maybe try to sort out a solution)?  I have users i would
like to support who want both the latest version of iceweasel and a
functioning gimp print preview.
