Bug#648696: iceweasel: www.bsi.de triggers "The connection was reset"

Dear Maintainer,

meanwhile I remembered to look into the error console of iceweasel and fond the
following information:

www.bsi.bund.de : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555

This seems to indicate that the fault lies on the server and iceweasel is
working correctly on the safe side.

Maybe then, this bug report could be closed. But I'm not sure if I can do that?
