No. Do I need it? According to the sources.list generator on mozilla.debian.net, I need it only if I'm running squeeze.
The only thing that I have (in addition to wheezy sources and debian multimedia) is:
user at home ~ % cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mozilla.list
deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ squeeze-backports iceweasel-release
deb http://mozilla.debian.net/ squeeze-backports icedove-release
