Bug#667890: iceweasel: cookie exceptions lost

I use FF with following privacy/history options:
[*] use custom settings for history
[*] remember my browsing history
[*] remember search and form history
[ ] accept cookies from stites

and i have a resonable small list of sites which allowed to set cookies,
but FF seems to clearing this list at restart (not every restart)
so i must restore it sometimes.
this appears to be across few releases of FF.
