Please add the pkg-mozilla-archive-keyring package to the archive

Hello

The only package on my system in the "Obsolete and Locally Created
Packages" is the pkg-mozilla-archive-keyring package. I think it would
be cleaner if this were available in the archive itself, even if it
still requires manual installation the first time. This also allows
updates to be applied as necessary.

Or perhaps I've missed a step somewhere?
