That narrows it down quite a bit.  Although if you could try -12, we
could know for sure whether this was introduced by -12 or by -13.  There
were only a half-dozen commits for each of those releases anyway:

A backtrace of the crash is probably needed.  In an LTSP environment,
enabling core dumps before running iceweasel -safe-mode is probably the
easiest way to do that.  Then install the -dbg packages to match your
version of iceweasel and produce backtraces from the core dump with gdb.

Not a standard Debian kernel, but perhaps the bug you are seeing is in
some way specific to 32-bit architecture.
