huh, very strange, i agree that they show what you're describing.  in
particular, the v6 packets show *only* SSLv3 (both min and max).  I
don't have any idea what's causing that. :/

Have you tried with a fresh profile, in -safe-mode (all extensions
disabled)?

i'm not sure what to suggest next here.  Maybe Mike Hommey or other
debian mozilla folk have some suggestions?
