The problem is with the website and I can confirm it happens with
Iceweasel 25.
https://login.capitalone.com/loginweb/login/login.do doesn't recognise
the Iceweasel user-agent.
Change the user-agent to Internet Explorer or Firefox and that frame
doesn't reset.
