Hi Francois,

if you have "FireBug" or "Web developer" add-on installed then you can 
disable browser cache easy.

For Firebug - from the console select Net/Enable and Net/Disable Browser 
Cache,

For Web developer as far as I can remember you have to choose 
"Disable/Disable Cache entirely"
