iceweasel mipsel builds failing

Hi,

After a second failed build on eysler, iceweasel was given back but is
still in Needs-Build state.  This is now holding up testing migration.

The eysler buildd has been tied up for 3 days building gcc-4.8 in
experimental.

Buildd mayer quite often seems to be idle (not showing anything in
Building state for sid, and has never build anything from experimental).
 It seems to accept only certain jobs from the Needs-Build queue now and
again, neglecting more urgent ones such as iceweasel and ruby1.9.1.

Why is that?  I would imagine it is the more powerful buildd than eysler
based on its CPU specs and having the same amount of RAM.
