Bug#782320: iceweasel creates spurious "Desktop" directory

$ iceweasel &

$ ls
Desktop  etc  pub  tmp  usr
$ rmdir Desktop

No Iceweasel-related configuration initially.  At no point did I ask
iceweasel to do anything with any files.  This ~/Desktop directory should
not be springing into existence: that filename space belongs to me, not
the program.  Iceweasel also creates a ~/.mozilla directory, which is
acceptably within the bounds of Unix convention, though it still ought
to be mentioned in the man page.
