[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] Adopting gmpc & gmpc-plugins

Hello,

As you may have seen, gmpc has been RFA'ed[1]. I am interested in
adopting it. This would be my second package after zsnes, but I am
willing to learn. Maybe it would more interesting for everyone that I
join the team to maintain this package ?

Also, gmpc-plugins is orphaned too. As I said in the ITA, I do not use
it, but maybe someone will be interested.
