[Pkg-mpd-maintainers] Bug#887834: mpd installation fails, workaround

I have used the following workaround to complete mpd installation:

> # mkdir /run/mpd
> # touch /var/lib/mpd/tag_cache
> # chown mpd.audio /var/lib/mpd/tag_cache
> # touch /run/mpd/pid
> # chown mpd.audio /run/mpd/pid 
> # aptitude install
