    remove build dependencies only found on debian-multimedia
    
    As it seems that marillat has decided to continue tracking svn trunk, we
    have no longer interest in trying collaboration with him. Therefore
    these additional build dependencies should go. This means that the
    master.unstripped package should only reference packages that can be
    either found in debian proper or are at least maintained by
    pkg-multimedia.
    
    this is not a new policy decision but rather a revert to the previous
    state of affairs.
