  Hello,

  I am currently writing a project dependening heavily on ffmpeg's
libraries, and I'm desperate for the doxygen documentation -
especially since upstream's web server seems to be down a fair amount
of the time. What about packaging it ? Or, if you prefer, would you
like me to do it ? After all, I have interest in the ffmpeg packages
as well, I could join the team if that is fine by you !
