About libavcodec0d in sid

[Tourneur Henry-Nicolas]

Hello,

Currently, there is no version of libavcodec0d in sid. The problem is that libquicktime0 depend on this package an so, every package who depend on 
libquicktime0 have broken depedencies. I'v tried to install kino a few days ago but I still can't install it because of this missing package.
