libquicktime transition

I was able to build the new upstream version 2.1 of dvgrab found at 

http://www.kinodv.org/article/static/1

using libquicktime from experimental without any problems. Please note
that the version number in the download link (1.2) is a typo and schould
read 2.1 instead.

Please consider packaging the new dvgrab upstream version for Debian
experimental using the new libquicktime library.
