Addition of tags to libmms and libquicktime

        Hi folks,

 I've been adding tags to the libmms and libquicktime in my last
 uploads.  As the layout of the repository is not supported by
 svn-buildpackage, we need to set the svn-bp:tagsUrl SVN property on the
 debian/ the first time we tag a package.  Tags are created with
 "svn-buildpackage --svn-tag" (you can --svn-tag --svn-retag if you want
 to remove and readd a tag).

 WARNING: The tagged version is the one you committed, it wont commit
 things before tagging.

 You can use the following shell script to add the SVN property I
 mentionned:
    <http://people.dooz.org/~lool/debian/add-tags-support>

 Due to a bug in svn-buildpackage, you might need to "rm
 .svn/deb-layout" before creating your first tag for each package.
