Bug#458318: intend to NMU

Hi,
according to the 0-day NMU policy and after talking with Sam 
in IRC i will upload an NMU for vlc.

Patch is attached and also archived on:
http://people.debian.org/~nion/nmu-diff/vlc-0.8.6.c-4_0.8.6.c-4.1.patch
