Do you know if newer snapshots of ffmpeg have addressed this issue?

Do you know if the hack in line 43 of debian/confflags is still 
necessary, i.e. if fdct_mmx.c still doesn't build with -O0? I'd like 
to get rid of this hack, too. (Sorry, I am not going to do another 
test build in my VirtualBox environment only because of this issue. 
This would completely slow down my whole system and I need to get some 
work done today.)
