Next upload of ffmpeg-debian

Hi Folks,

I been contacted by ffmpeg-upstream on IRC that they are concerned about
our usage wrt cflags. I did some small tests and removed some more
CFLAGS. The current svn more or less relies that the upstream Makefiles
are setting up CFLAGS correctly. i386 is special cased: It deliberatly
compiles a shared lib without -fPIC -DPIC because this way gcc has an
extra register for allocation. Setting it will FTBFS the package, as I
found out short before the last upload.

Having said this, I implemented the suggested changes to svn trunk and
have been asked to upload it soon. Before doing that I wanted to check
with you. Questions:

 - Do you have concerns about the way I changed the cflags?

 - Shall we modify the shlibs to contain
   'libavcodec51 | libavcodec+unstripped51'? as indicated in
   README.Debian?

I think now would be a good time to do it, but we need to agree on the
package names.

 - I dropped the external dependency on liba52. Diego assured me that
ffmpeg contains an own implementation, and that this implementation
   was better anyway.

Again, concerns?
