They have been in oldstable. It seems that we can remove these conflicts
now. Thanks for spotting this.

interesting idea. ubuntu-standard would be a candidate for this. I'll
think about this on the next ffmpeg upstream sync!

I remember this has already been proposed as workaround for missing
Build-Recommends earlier. For other reasons, though.
