ffmpeg libdc1394 API

Good morning,

our ffmpeg package build-depends on libdc1394-13-dev and thus links 
against the old API, although libdc1394-22-dev is available and 
already supported by ffmpeg.

I am currently building ffmpeg against libdc1394-22 and have not 
encountered any errors yet. Are there objections to change the ffmpeg 
build-dep from libdc1394-13-dev to libdc1394-22-dev?
