Enable faad support in ffmpeg/experimental

I think sam has given us green light to make the package names match the
sonames of the libraries.

I'd like to keep it. Sure, we are not allowed to upload it to debian,
but ideally, we have means to create ffmpeg from the  ffmpeg-free
package (and/or the other way round). If we need to publish that
ourselves or not is another discussion, but I'd like to keep that
option.

Moreover, I'd like to know if there is a way to keep ffmpeg-free with
the potential ffmpeg packge binary compatible.
