next ffmpeg upload

okay, I've now implemented what I've outlined in [1]. Quick build tests
on my laptop show that the package now builds more or less exptected. In
order to build, you need to add a new changelog entry with the package
named 'ffmpeg' instead of 'ffmpeg-debian'. Then you need to regenerate
debian/control using the new rule in debian/rules.

If you have some spare time, please test it. I'm going to upload the
package to experimental in the next days.
