Whysynth seems to be one of the nicest dssi-plugins/ synths

Jack_mixer is very useful for me when I want to manage gain from 
different apps which are running (rezound, rakarrack etc.)

Xjadeo, is a great app to make soundtracks with, together with ardour, 
using jack sync. Even pro's use it.

Rumor is an handy app together with Frescobaldi, which is an great 
lilypond score editor. Frescobaldi will follow soon, but there are some 
problems with depends...
