Re-establishing FFmpeg package naming consistency and transition woes

It seems that I was right: For testing, I've rebuilt xine-lib with an
updated shlibs file. In this case a

  apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras gxine

does exactly the expected thing: install both the -unstripped- and the
-extra- packages. Therefore, it seems my plan more or less works and
I'll upload soon.

However, I think this also indicates that the -unstripped- packages
serve no real purpose but confuse apt and aptitude too much to serve a
real purpose. This means that all reverse dependencies of ffmpeg need to
be rebuilt before karmic release. But I don't expect much trouble for
karmic, as this won't even render packages uninstallable (the variants
from 'main' haven't been renamed at all, after all).
