As per the IRC discussion, there must be at least 2 Uploaders in each
package to maintain it in the pkg-multimedia repositories. Thus, I'm
asking if anyone else is interested in the packages cmt and liblo, of
which I'm the sole maintainer, or else I'll move them to collab-maint.
From the control files:

Package: cmt
Description: a collection of LADSPA plugins
 Computer Music Toolkit is a collection of LADSPA compatible
 plugins that any conforming program may take advantage of.
 .
 Plugins available are: low/high pass filters, echo/feedback delay
filters
 with configurable delays from 0.01 to 60 seconds, amplifies, white and
 ping noise generators, compressors, expanders, limiters, b/fmh
encoders,
 drum synthesizers, lofi (low fidelity), phase modulator (phasemod) and
 many more.
 .
 These plugins are only usable in host applications, of which glame,
 sweep and others can be found in Debian.

Package: liblo
Description: Lightweight OSC library
 This is a lightweight, easy to use implementation of the OSC (Open
 Sound Control) protocol (see
 <http://www.cnmat.berkeley.edu/OpenSoundControl/> for details).
 .
 Open Sound Control (OSC) is a protocol for communication among
 computers, sound synthesizers, and other multimedia devices that is
 optimized for modern networking technology. OSC features:
 .
  * Open-ended, dynamic, URL-style symbolic naming scheme
  * Symbolic and high-resolution numeric argument data
  * Pattern matching language to specify multiple recipients of a
    single message
  * High resolution time tags
  * "Bundles" of messages whose effects must occur simultaneously
  * Query system to dynamically find out the capabilities of an OSC
    server and get documentation
