Including translations in packages

Hi Andreas,

It would probably be more work than it's worth to try to backport the
translation files from upstream git to the version of bangarang in the git repo
(assuming that's what you're trying to do). However, once upstream releases a
new version, the cmake rules (the current ones anyways) will automatically
install the translations into the bangarang package.
