Yes 1.3.7-1 was targetted at unstable. Is it possible to move an package
from experimental to unstable?

I looked at bug #272598. It would be useful to have nyquist linked. But I
saw that the nyquist package is very old and the maintainer is looking for
someone who will take over the package. So what do you think?
