libquicktime and libdca prepared for unstable

Ok, done. libquicktime is now imported in git, starting with the
packages from oldstable. This makes it pretty easy to inspect the
upstream changes. For libquicktime, I checked this:

# git diff upstream^ include
# git diff upstream^ src

the changes in the headers don't look disruptive and neither do they in
src. So the package is "safe" to upload (as soon as it builds again).
