New jackd upload?

Thank you very much for the effort of pushing the patches upstream! It
is really impressive. I agree we can move on uploading this SVN
snapshot. There are only a couple of issues in the current git
repository:

1) The upstream version in debian/changelog should be 0.116.2~svn3592,
and not 0.116.2+svn3592. The "~" in place of "+" will ensure that the
packages can be upgraded to 0.116.2, once it comes out [0]. That's
because 0.1~something is considered to be a less than 0.1 by dpkg,
while 0.1+something is greater.

Even better, please name the upstream version 0.116.1+svn3592 (so .1
instead of .2), because 0.116.2 is not out yet and "~" is usually used
for backports.

2) There's a tag named "upstream/0.116.2", it should be removed and
replaced with a tag named "upstream/0.116.1+svn3592".
