audacity 1.3.8 almost ready

Hi,

I have update the audacity package for the new upstream release. There
is only one task left: The portaudio.patch needs a refresh. Can someone
do it?

I had written an export-multiple patch (attached). With this patch you
can export multiple files e.g. split the file by the tags and use a
number and the tag name for the file name, so that the files are in the
correct order if you list the files sorted by the name. Would it be
useful to add the patch to the Debian package?

I send this patch upstream a while ago and ask for their opinions, but I
got no responses. Maybe I have to send it again.
