2 minor issues:

 - debian/changelog states UNRELEASED. please set this to 'unstable'. In
   this case it is clear, but in general you can document here to what
   suite this upload is intended for

 - the upstream branch looks funny. didn't you use git-import-orig(1) to
   import it?

 - pristine-tar fails for me:

I've checked audacity_1.3.8.orig.tar.gz.id in the pristine-tar branch,
it indeed references commit 348635b64930b94f709e66803e8e25e024428c6d,
which cannot be found in the repository.

did you forget to push this commit to the 'upstream' branch?
