Yeah, I should have been more explicit about that, sorry. When I'm
talking about tags I'm referring to debian/X.Y.Z-N tags
specifically. The upstream/X.Y.Z tags are perfectly fine, because they
refer to upstream code, that is not going to change at all after
git-import-dsc or git-import-orig, so they are fine to be created by
anybody.
