Thanks, Fabian!

I find it unacceptable to have it created at runtime. If it is user
data, it should fiddle around with that below $HOME, but never in
/usr/share.

This, and the missing support for ffmpeg 0.5 make this new version of
audacity unacceptable for debian, IMO.
